Do you provide packing materials?
Yes, we provide packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, and tape. These can be included in your moving package or purchased separately.
How do you calculate moving costs?
Moving costs are typically calculated based on several factors, including the distance of the move, the volume or weight of the items being moved, the level of service required (packing, unpacking, etc.), and any additional services (storage, specialty items, etc.).
Are your movers insured and licensed?
Yes, our movers are bonded & insured. We comply with all federal and state regulations to ensure your belongings are protected. We are members of United States Movers Association as well
Do you offer insurance coverage for my belongings?
Yes, we offer several insurance options to cover your belongings during the move. Basic coverage is included, but you can purchase additional coverage for greater peace of mind. The interesting thing is we provide insurance but unlike most moving companies who use insurance between 5 & 10% of the time. We use it on less than 1% of our moves because we have professional movers not 18 year olds on their first job.
